NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
To which the Public and Press are cordially invited to be present
Members are hereby summoned, and notice is given that the Meeting of the Parish
Council will be held on Monday 20th June 2022 -7.00pm
Legislation allows for meetings to be recorded by anyone attending. Persons intending to record or who have concerns about being recorded should please speak to the Clerk.

- Proposal: The erection of a solar farm with battery storage and associated infrastructure for a period of 40 years
Location: Land North Of Guston And The Lane , Guston Court Farm, Guston, Dover
- Proposal: Full Planning Application for the change of use of 4no. casemates to Use Class E and associated toilet and kitchenette facilities and change of use of existing building as site office. The creation of parking and the installation of a cesspit and service trench and erection of fencing and gates to site entrance.

6) Public Participation
Meetings of the Parish Council are not public meetings, but members of the public have a statutory right to attend meetings of the council as observers. They have no legal right to speak unless the Parish Council Chairman authorises them to do so. Members of the public may not take part in the Parish Council meeting itself.
