Guston Play Areas
Guston has two play areas – Guston Green and Mini Meadow.
Guston Green is one of the parks and green spaces protected by Fields in Trust in perpetuity. Because once they are gone, they are gone forever.
Guston Green has a range of facilities for older children – including a zip wire, football area and climbing frame as well as a summer house and picnic benches for family fun. It is wheelchair accessible.
The land was purchased and facilities developed by a huge fund raising campaign organised by Guston Village Amenities Trust. It is a protected open space.
Mini -Meadow- is opposite Guston Green in Chance Meadow and is a facility for pre-school aged children. It is a fenced area with a soft artificial surface.
Both play areas have annual inspections as well as the regular routine checks.
DOGS are PROHIBITED in both play areas.
