Good Morning
I’m writing to make you aware our medium pressure gas main on Dover Road was damaged yesterday by a third party contractor, resulting in a high volume escape of gas. Our engineers are working hard to repair the damage and we’re hopeful this can be completed by the end of today.
To keep everyone safe we’ve needed to close Dover Road between the junctions of Old Charlton Road and Burgoyne Heights. Guston C of E Primary school, due to its proximity to the area damaged has also been closed for today.
