Kent Police has recently launched a CCTV registry, this is a simple database of private CCTV (including doorbell) cameras across the county. Having this information will allow our officers to quickly and easily locate local CCTV sources and contact the owner if their footage may be of use in our investigations. This could include locating missing people, solving crimes and keeping our communities safer.
You can register your camera(s) now by following this link. The website provides lots of information about privacy and data handling, but rest assured you will only ever be contacted by an officer or staff member for a policing purpose.
